Believe it or not, you can study abroad on a budget! There are a few countries where you can study abroad that have low or free tuition fees. Here we have made a list of 5 such countries that have the cheapest education structure, in no particular order!

    1. Germany

The country, known as ‘the land of ideas,’ is becoming increasingly popular among international students, and it’s easy to see why! According to several reports, it provides respectable universities, affordable fees, and a good standard of living. Tuition expenses are waived at the undergraduate and PhD levels at all public universities, except in Baden-Württemberg.

    2. Norway

Although all of the Nordic countries are reasonably inexpensive study locations, reportedly, Norway comes on top because public university education is still free for everyone, both within and outside the EU, with the exception of a few specialised programs. Norway, like the other Nordic countries in Europe, is well-known for its great quality of life and breathtaking natural beauty.

    3. Taiwan

In Asia, Taiwan is another of the cheapest places to study abroad. According to the reports, tuition fees at National Taiwan University range from TW$100,920 (~US$3,300) per year for liberal arts degrees to TW$124,200 (~US$4,050). Taiwan has more than 120 English-taught courses at over 40 universities, and it is also a popular destination for Mandarin learners.

    4. France

For 2019/19, tuition fees in France are set at €170 (~US$200) per year for bachelor’s (license) programs, €243 (~US$285) for most master’s programs, and €380 (~US$445) for doctorate programs, reportedly. These prices apply to both domestic and international students. Living costs will be highest in the capital, Paris, but you may find it worthwhile; after all, Paris has been crowned the world’s number one student city four times in a row.

    5. Poland

Poland is another excellent option for studying abroad on a budget, as it provides a high quality education as well as a wealth of amazing culture and history to discover. According to several open reports, you can study for free if you speak Polish, take the same entrance tests as Polish students, and complete your course in Polish. English-taught programs cost roughly €2,000-3000 (~US$2,340-3,500) annually. Living costs are affordable, with an annual budget of €6,600 (~US$7,700).
