Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.
As a Hub and Spoke Clinician, you’ll serve as an assessor on the statewide Hub and Spoke team, providing immediate triage and assessment to individuals walking into any human service center across the state.
You will conduct integrated assessment and provide immediate treatment of complex cases, including mental health, substance use, and emotional/behavioral disorders. You will complete Initial Plans of Care, and provide education and consultation to families, communities and agency staff. Work will be conducted primarily on tele-health platforms.
To be considered for this position, you are required to have a master’s degrees in Social Work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC.
- OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
