University of Galway, Ireland is inviting applications for ‘Global Achievement Scholarships 2024-2025’ designed for undergraduate students in the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Celtic Studies and the College of Business, Public Policy, and Law.
Under the scholarship, eligible applicants seeking admission in the colleges will receive a €2,000 reduction in tuition fees for their first year of undergraduate study.
Applying for scholarships
No separate application is required, as all eligible candidates will be automatically considered based on their academic results and personal statement.
To qualify for this study abroad scholarship, successful candidates must be assessed as international for fee purposes, self-funded, and have met the conditions outlined in their full-time undergraduate course offer letter from the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Celtic Studies or the College of Business, Public Policy, and Law.
Additionally, they must have secured a place for full-time study at the University of Galway in an eligible programme starting September 2023 within these specified colleges.
Eligibility
To qualify for this scholarship, successful candidates must be:
— Assessed as international for fee purposes
— Self-funded (i.e. not receive funding from any other external sources such as government or employer sponsorship).
The should also have:
— Met the conditions outlined in your full-time undergraduate course offer letter
— Secured a place for full-time study at the University of Galway on an eligible programme starting in September 2024.
— Accepted the offer by May 1, 2024
